To demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, all Ironman products come with a complimentary one-year limited warranty. This warranty is designed to provide peace of mind and technical support to our valued customers throughout the product lifecycle.

If you experience any technical issues during the warranty period, we are fully dedicated to resolving them quickly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to your operations. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below to understand what is included in your warranty coverage.

Warranty Period

The warranty becomes effective from the documented delivery date of the product and remains valid for a period of twelve (12) months. The warranty period is non-renewable unless otherwise stated in a signed service contract or agreed upon in writing.

For large-scale projects, extended warranty options and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) may be negotiated and added as part of a customized after-sales service plan.

Coverage Under This Warranty

This one-year limited warranty applies to all standard Ironman hardware and core components, and it covers:

  • Repair materials and consumables: All standard consumables required to complete a repair for defects in materials or workmanship
  • Technical consultation and guidance: Access to our experienced support engineers via phone, email, or online chat for troubleshooting and maintenance recommendations
  • Routine follow-ups: Proactive email or phone-based check-ins to assist with regular upkeep and usage optimization
  • Return shipping costs: For defective components, we cover the cost of return shipping to our factory for diagnosis, repair, or replacement when applicable
  • Quality assurance services: If needed, remote system checks or video consultations may be arranged to verify operational status

During the warranty period, our technical support team will work closely with you to ensure timely repair or replacement of any defective parts at no extra cost, provided that the issue falls under valid warranty conditions.

What Is Not Covered

Despite our robust quality control process, certain issues fall outside the scope of warranty protection. The following are not covered:

  • Improper installation or handling: Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual or installation guidelines, including wiring errors or structural misalignment

  • External causes: Any damage caused by unforeseen external events, including but not limited to:
    • Fire, flood, lightning, or extreme weather conditions
    • Power surges, voltage instability, or electrical overload
    • Vandalism, theft, impact, or misuse
  • Software configuration errors caused by improper integration with third-party systems, unless Ironman was the official system integrator

Daarnaast, this warranty does not include on-site maintenance visits unless explicitly included in the contract. Service visits, if requested outside the warranty terms, may be subject to labor and travel charges.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the warranty remains valid, customers are expected to:

  • Install and operate the equipment in accordance with Ironman’s official product manual
  • Maintain appropriate records of installation and service history

  • Promptly report any issues to our support team before attempting third-party repairs

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the warranty being voided.
